It’s pretty incredible how often you hear managers complaining about their best employees leaving, and they really do have something to complain about few things are as costly and disruptive as good people walking out the door.
Managers tend to blame their turnover problems on everything under the sun, while ignoring the crux of the matter: people don’t leave jobs; they leave managers.
The sad thing is that this can easily be avoided. All that’s required is a new perspective and some extra effort on the manager’s part.

All top people in the company want to maximize their profits and achieve all their other goals and objectives even pressurizing the ground staff. Hence Most of the Managers are are not treating the employees with fair hand and try to tide them within office time to take out the maximum. If we consider the jobs in banking sector it is very stressful job. If we dont have a good Manager their, situation will be worst. As you have discussed above, In most of the incidents where employees moving out he has a unsolved problem with his boss, not with the company.
